Lanette graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, majoring in Agri-Business and minoring in Business. She has worked in client services and back-office support for over 12 years. Lanette and her husband have been married for 27 years and have two children, Drew and Ella. They live on a small farm in the beautiful Piney Woods of East Texas and enjoy caring for various animals and being outdoors. Many weekends are spent in College Station visiting their children, that are students at Texas A&M University. And, of course, they are always cheering for the Aggies! FBC Rusk is one of Lanette’s favorite places to be, and she enjoys volunteering in the children’s department.
